Soul Beach Boutique Hotel & Spa is a wonderful property with great amenities. Our therapeutic massages and facials at the spa by Laura and Diego were fabulous. the rooftop pool offers an amazing view and the included breakfast is delicious and filling. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely be back. the food was enjoyable, surpassing my experience at other resorts. the staff, despite the language barrier, were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the rooftop pool area, although smaller than expected, still provided lovely views. the location right off the main street is ideal for exploring. Overall, while I wouldn't rate it a 5-star hotel, Soul Beach offers a fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and great value. the shrimp and fish tempura tacos were exceptional, adding to the overall positive experience. If you can secure a room at a reasonable price, it's a great choice in Playa del Carmen.
